When contacting support, please include:

Your app version and build number
Your iOS version and device model
A short description of the issue
Steps to reproduce it, if possible

Please do not send photos of other people. A description of what went wrong is almost always enough, and sending a picture of somebody to report a privacy tool is an unfortunate way round.
